I crossed paths with a traveling merchant; He carried a flare-embellished jewel. It caught my eye as I walked on by, But it stared me down like a fool.
Days came and days went without a penny spent; I knew I had to purchase this share. To have this wonder would not prove a blunder, For its fairness was hard to compare.
